This appointment system is only for applications to be submitted in Istanbul. Applicants wishing to apply through the representative in Ankara must contact the Embassy in Ankara directly, as appointments for Ankara cannot be scheduled nor arranged through the representative in Istanbul.

Iranian and Iraqi nationals may temporarily submit their visa applications through our Mission even if they do not hold a valid Turkish residence permit card. This arrangement will remain in effect only until visa sections of the relevant diplomatic missions in Iran and Iraq resume their services. Once the visa sections of the respective missions become operational again, applicants will be required to contact the competent mission in their country. Until then, visa applications submitted by Iranian and Iraqi nationals will be accepted without the requirement of holding a Turkish residence permit card.
