If you are applying for a D type study visa and are unable to find an available appointment via the online appointment system (https://konzinfobooking.mfa.gov.hu/home), you can to submit your request via e-mail (randevu.ist@mfa.gov.hu), provided that the following conditions are fully met:
- An appointment should only be requested if the applicant has the necessary application documents in their possession. In particular, the acceptance letter must be in the applicant's possession and must be attached to the e-mail in PDF format.
- It is the applicant's responsibility to submit all documents in complete form at the time of application.
- The Consulate General does not provide assistance in completing documents or filling out the application form. It is the applicant's responsibility to obtain and complete these documents. Up-to-date information and guidance is available on the websites of both the Consulate General and the Immigration Office.
When sending an appointment request by e-mail, the following information must be written:
- Name - Surname
- Name of the educational institution and type of application (e.g. Erasmus, undergraduate, graduate, etc.)
- Letter of acceptance (must be attached in PDF format).
