Students who cannot book an appointment for a D type (residence) visa for educational purposes through the online appointment system can send their appointment requests via e-mail to randevu.ist@mfa.gov.hu.
If you already have an appointment booked through the online appointment system, please share your appointment date.
When submitting appointment requests, please write "D type - educational purposes appointment request" in the subject line of the e-mail.
In the e-mail, please include your name, surname, telephone number, the name of the educational institution and the type of education (Bachelor's - Master's - PhD for study or Erasmus purposes, Stipendium Hungaricum etc.).
Please send your appointment request when you have all the essential application documents in your possession. Details about the application can be found on the official websites of the Consulate General and the immigration office.
